Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

To send one or more returns to Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by a disposable security seal. The garment must eventually be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact.
Under no circumstances will returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with be accepted.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) – The garments must be returned in the same conditions they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) – The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color, or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM website.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter’s expense.

A) – To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request by sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The request must specify the order number and the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specific procedures to be followed and attach the PDF of the return labels to be attached to the packaging.
B) – Any cost of the return shipment will be charged to the Customer.
C) – The shipment is at the Customer’s own risk: Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
D) – All items returned will be inspected by the staff of Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Massimiliano Della Mura Sartoria reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
E) – If the customer receives defective goods, or errors occur in shipments by MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above. MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
F) – Returns authorized by MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
G) – MASSIMILIANODELLAMURA.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, European legislation for distance trading prevails.
The refund due will be made upon receipt of the shipment by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid with PayPal), or bank transfer.
The maximum deadline for crediting the refund is 14 days from the return request.
